WINEMAKING

Crafted from a selection of reserve wines retained on fine lees, our non-vintage Sparkling Cuvée is blended to achieve consistency, complexity and freshness across every release. Extended lees contact builds creamy textural characters while preserving the vibrant citrus and orchard fruit aromatics that define the wine. Following a cool fermentation in stainless steel to maximise fruit purity, the final blend is carbonated at bottling, producing a fine, lively mousse that complements the wine's plush palate and crisp, refreshing finish.
