DELIVERY POLICY

We aim to get your wine to you with the lowest risk of damage. All deliveries are carried out by Post Haste. All deliveries must be signed for by someone over the age of 18. Please Note: It is illegal for us to sell liquor to anyone under the age of 18. It is illegal to buy liquor when under the age of 18. It is also illegal to make a false declaration of age in order to purchase liquor. If you are under the age of 18, please do not attempt to use this site to purchase liquor. Delivery only to valid New Zealand addresses. For orders under $150, delivery fee is calculated using Post Haste and is based on the delivery address. Free delivery on orders over $150 except deliveries to Waiheke Island, Great Barrier, Chatham Islands or Stewart Island. Delivery to Waiheke Island, Great Barrier, Chatham Islands or Stewart Island is $45.00 per dozen. If you are delivering to a Waiheke Island address, this option must be selected at checkout. Failure to do so will result in Marisco Vineyards cancelling your order or charging you additional costs for the delivery. Orders are dispatched in 3-5 working days. Deliveries may take up to a further five working days to arrive. Marisco Vineyards Ltd. cannot guarantee the precise date and time of delivery. Should any damage occur in transit, we’ll work hard to get you a replacement as soon as possible.
